I approach my work with care, clarity, and consistency. As a licensed group benefits professional, I don’t see my role as just plans, renewals, or policy details. I see it as supporting real people and the employers responsible for them.

I focus on understanding what clients and members truly need, then simplify the path forward so they feel informed and confident. When things feel urgent or stressful, I stay steady, follow through, and make sure nothing gets missed.
